The Browning Loyalty Programme - Explanations and general conditions
Art 1.
The BROWNING Loyalty Plan is open to all shooters who live in the countries listed in Appendix 1 and who take part in any of the official national or international clay pigeon shooting competitions listed in Appendix 2, with at least 30 shooters registered in its category for its competition, using a BROWNING, WINCHESTER or MIROKU shotgun. All shooters residing in the countries listed in Appendix 1 can take part in the BROWNING Loyalty Plan for international competitions. However, as far as national competitions are concerned, only shooters who reside in the country organising the competition in question may take part.
Art 2.
To be able to take part in the BROWNING Loyalty Plan, the shooter must have put his or her name down for enrolment on the BROWNING International internet site (
www.browning.eu Sport Section – BROWNING Loyalty Plan) beforehand, and have accepted the general conditions of the BROWNING Loyalty Plan. Enrolment is free-of-charge.
Shooters are only officially enrolled when they have received an e-mail acknowledging their enrolment. All shooters agree to keep the said e-mail and present it on request.
Art 3.
Every shooter who is a member of the BROWNING Loyalty Plan and who wins one of the competitions listed in Appendix 2, using a BROWNING, WINCHESTER or MIROKU shotgun, will receive an official letter specifying the sum he has won (See Appendix 2). This official letter will serve as a voucher. The shooter must show that he has won the said competition using a BROWNING, WINCHESTER or MIROKU gun by sending a photograph to the following address:

This BROWNING-WINCHESTER-MIROKU voucher is valid until December 15th of the year during which it was awarded. When this period has elapsed, the amount will be lost.
The voucher gives the right to receive :
1. Either, products from the BROWNING, WINCHESTER or MIROKU
arms and outdoor range (but not including ammunition) free-of-charge, up to the value indicated. Products won in the Loyalty Plan may only be claimed by the winners of the competitions concerned. Products of lesser value than the amount of credit awarded may be selected by the shooter. In this case, the outstanding balance will remain valid until November 15th of the year in which the credit was awarded. When this period has elapsed, the amount will be lost. See the details in Appendix 2.
The shooter will specify his/her choice between option 1 or 2 (not both) after the reception of the first voucher.
Art 4.
The price of every product is given in the official “BROWNING End User Price List” catalogue for the current year. This catalogue will be sent to shooters on request. Prices for certain products may vary during the year. In this case, they will be updated in the aforementioned official catalogue.
Art 5.
All products that shooters wish to receive by means of credit available on their Loyalty account must be requested solely from the following address:

Products won in the Loyalty Plan cannot be reimbursed, exchanged, replaced or transferred. No reimbursement or exchange will be accepted once the products chosen by shooters have been sent to them. Should any product requested not be available, BROWNING reserves the right to offer an alternative product.
Art 6.
Products related to the BROWNING Loyalty Plan are covered by the same warranties as the products in the present BROWNING, WINCHESTER or MIROKU range. Should any defects be discovered, shooters must promptly inform BROWNING INTERNATIONAL S.A., Parc Industriel des Hauts-Sarts, 3eme Avenue, 4040 Herstal – Belgium – or by e-mail to the following address:

Art 7.
BROWNING International reserves the right to terminate or modify the BROWNING Loyalty Plan at any time. In this case, all shooters who have enrolled will be informed. The general conditions of the BROWNING Loyalty Plan can be found on the internet site (
www.browning.eu – Sport Section – Loyalty Plan).
BROWNING International reserves the right to cancel or suspend a shooter’s BROWNING Loyalty Plan, if he is unable to prove that he has used a BROWNING, WINCHESTER or MIROKU shotgun for winning the competition in question.
A photograph of the shooter on the podium with the gun or a photograph of the shooter firing at the competition is sufficient and can be sent to the following e-mail address: sponsoring@browning-int.com.
Art 8.
If several shooters enrolled in the loyalty plan have tied at a competition (See Appendix 2), credits will be divided by the number of shooters who have tied, before any play-off takes place.
Art 9.
By enrolling in the BROWNING Loyalty Plan, shooters accept, by the present article, that BROWNING International uses their name and image for promotional, marketing and communication campaigns. By accepting, shooters waive any image rights or any use thereof made by Browning International. No remuneration may be claimed from Browning International and shall not be paid by it.

Art 11.
The general conditions of the BROWNING Loyalty Plan are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute resulting from the BROWNING Loyalty Plan or directly (or indirectly) related to it will be under the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Liege (Belgium).
APPENDIX 1
All shooters residing in the countries mentioned below may take part in the BROWNING Loyalty Plan for international competitions (See Appendix 2, part A). However, for national competitions (See Appendix 2, part B), only shooters residing in the country organising the competition in question may participate in the BROWNING Loyalty Plan. Residents of the United States and Canada are excluded from the BROWNING Loyalty Plan as they can take part in other similar plans in their own countries.
